We've taken every measure to make Photosmith for iPad work well with hundreds of different cameras, multiple versions of Lightroom on both Mac and PC, and all models of iPad. Don't forget the challenges of connecting all these parts together across wired and wireless wireless networks, especially when firewalls and anti-virus software is involved.
With that said, we can't possibly test every combination of the above personally, and there may be specific functionality that is required in your personal workflow. We understand that the Photosmith ecosystem may not fit your needs. It's OK; we won't take it too personally.
We can't issue refunds directly, but we can give you instructions on how to request a refund from Apple.
But first, we want a shot to try and fix the problem, or understand your specific workflow and possibly suggest either a workaround, or the chance to tweak a few things within the Photosmith app and/or Lightroom Plugin.
