Beginning in Photosmith 3 for iPad, we removed the the AllPhotos collection in Lightroom so users can better focus on their User Collections. We've found that User Collections are the best way to keep sync times to a minimum, while maximizing stability. It's best to only sync what you're working on, and the syncs will complete much faster and more reliable.
User Collections only sync if a Publish Service is established in Lightroom. To create a Publish Service for Photosmith in Lightroom, follow the instructions in Section 2.2.4.
To create a new User Collection in Photosmith, in Grid or Loupe View, tap on the Catalog icon (lower left of your screen), then tap the "New Collection" button. Alternatively, you may create a new User Collection in Lightroom (once the Photosmith Publish Service is created) by right-clicking on the Photosmith Publish Service, and selecting "Create User Collection."
